if I have a 1 x 60 late , can I still refinance into a FHA mortgage? My fico scores are about 525. I know FHA is not credit score driven.

My mortgage is 490 my value is 460-490 FHA only authorizes 90% Can I refinance out of this bad loan?

Ask your lender or a local broker about the FHA Secure program. It will require the assistance of your lender, but you might be able to use it to refinance.

Are you getting tons of junk in the mail about your mortgage? This one is what I would consider the most outrageous proposition yet. We’ve been getting mail from these people. The NSM Rate Reduction Department (which we found is a division of the national mortgage company Newport Shores Mortgage), has been claiming to lower FHA and VA mortgage payments for FREE.

We had to look further into this and this is what we found. I highly advise that you watch this if you received mail from NSM about the FHA streamline refinance or the FHA rate reduction program. Free mortgage payment reductions with no requalifying?

I know that only one FHA mortgage is allowed per person. But can that person own an investment property and get a refinance FHA on their primary?
yes as long as the investment is not FHA insured

I know that if a person already has an FHA loan, they may refinance using the FHA Streamline process. If a person currently has a conventional mortgage loan, can they refinance using FHA? If posible, can you please provide me the resource where I can read this information. Only if that's not to much trouble. I looked on the HUD website but locating that particular information was far to cumbersome. Thank you
yes you can but the correct answer is…you can financing a FHA mortgage, but ONLY up to 95% loan to value for refi's cashouts, and it depends on the COUNTY limits…not the state limits. They have county limits….not state limits.
Streamline FHA refinance is for those who dont plan on taking money out, but those who just want a lower rate.
